Ffynnonweb is owned by Julia and its primary focus concerns the extent to which users are coping with the changing online landscape as it embraces Web 2.0 and Social Media; viewed from the change management perspective.

Julia is a newly appointed eLearning Support Officer working in Higher Education in Wales, UK. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems with Management in July 2008 and began studying for a Masters Degree in Learning and Teaching in October 2008. This new job and study will now take up most of her time but she intends to keep Ffynnonweb regularly updated with news and information from the world of HE and Online Learning with a particular interest in the expanding and developing field of Work Based Learning conducted almost exclusively online.

On the rare occasions when she can manage to tear herself away from work and her computer, she co-ordinates a local Fair Trade group and is rather fond of the reality tv program, Big Brother!!

If not updating Ffynnonweb, she can often be found tinkering around on Reality 2.0 - her all-new online social network or more studiously updating Jewels Web Graphics - her original graphics website (est. 2001!) - housing Paint Shop Pro graphics tutorials, web resources and tutorials, plus lots more web-type goodies!!
