A particularly absorbing and illuminating account of what essentially seems to boil down to a clash of new media with old and unsuitable technology – the Twitter stream as a ‘backchannel’ and the poor tech conditions – no laptop on stage, over-bright lighting etc, etc.
Very well worth reading through the comments section too as they provide some excellent insights into the world of conference speaking and presenting that may assist many of us in future.
