I find this to be an excellent, simple, short email address and you can have several aliases on the one account.
For example: swwtel@gmx.com and julia.ault@gmx.com both go to the same mailbox so I can use whichever seems appropriate when signing up for sites, mailing lists etc.

Their webmail interface is improving all the time and one can always collect and send in Gmail if you prefer to keep all email accounts in one place (as I do).

I have used them for years and have always found them to be very reliable indeed – and no, they are not paying or giving me anything to endorse them, since you ask!
